Good morning, everyone. I'm getting back to counting calories, drinking more water, and following an exercise regiment to tone up my abdominal muscles. I'm tired of just losing the weight and not gaining muscle. My problem has been I want the results quickly and I get bored and impatient. I must stay the course!!!
