Well maintained my weight. I took a break from exercising this week just due to pain in the old body. Will start up again next week, as I have the week off and must paint the house and garage.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take frequent breaks and stretch out when painting or you will kill your shoulders and back. I use zostrix afterwards to prevent cramping and keep the muscles loose but any heat will help. I painted my house last year, walked like a little old lady for a week after lol. At the risk of sounding like an insurance commercial be safe with ladders too.
