JDbowler's Journal, 19 June 2015

It's Friday. What a glorious day. It means that I have one day of weekend to myself. Working two jobs means I only get one day off a week. It's ok though. I welcome the work. I do it for my family. Today was day 3 of working out again. My routine is going to be working out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Why? I don't know, but these days make it easier to work out. I have too much house work and yard work to do on the weekend to put in some home exercises in, so I figured that the mowing of the lawn, raking of the branches, weeding the garden, those can take up my exercise on the weekend.

My wife had a bunion surgery last month. She is doing well. Hopefully the doc will tell her that she can start to put some weight on the foot today. She is going Stir Crazy in the house. She is ready to make a jail break.

My youngest daughter is doing well. I think I told you all that she had surgery on her arm a little over a month ago. She has a Taylor Spacial Frame on her arm. The doctors went in and broke her arm just above her elbow, and we are growing her arm out. Well, as of last week, we had 3.8 cm of new growth in her arm. But now the pain is coming. All the muscles that were bunched up are now starting to loosen and stretch. She isn't liking it at all. However, she is a trooper. She keeps going and does what she needs to. She goes swimming, plays with her friends, and does everything (almost) that a 10 year old can. I am proud of her.

Well, that is enough for me today. I hope you all have a great weekend. Keep up all of your great work. All your support is truly helping me and my family out. I hope that I can support you just as well.
