Back to 141. Went out of town and gained about 3-4 pounds. Trying to eat healthy whole foods to lose weight for a gig I will be performing in. My knee is bothering me all the time lately and I know it is from the weight gain. So I have not been working out as much and I think I am going to take it easy in the gym and focus on losing the weight through diet.

My cousin has the same problem, she can't be heavier then 145 lbs or her knee will start to hurt. She had lot's of surgeries on it so it's weak.
