At least it's not moving up. I've been reading from DYW daily, putting lots of thought into what I am eating, why, how much, etc. I'm also working on creating my own affirmations and just being less critical of myself.
The weather is changing making me want to be outside more. Maybe it's time to start working on outdoor work space. Hmmmmm.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
