Not doing well. Alot of sadness with my dad passing, trying to get my adult child to grow up and get a life & planning a wedding. Discussed with myself.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 318.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
