Last night's weigh in... forgot to enter. Was doing my weekly measurements for body fat calcs and my GNC pro tape measure broke. Turns out, it broke sometime ago and my teen son had repaired it. Switched to the sewing tape measure and all my numbers were significantly different, so I will buy a new GNC tape measure tonight and re-baseline my body measurements. Still... the pants fit better and the mirror image is looking better, so I once again re-iterate, "I am not interested in the scale weight". Had a full weight lifting routine yesterday for 55 minutes with lots of 8-12 reps sets, and while there is a bit of upper body soreness, I would not classify it as DOMS. so I am feeling good about that. Last set of bench press was 115 lbs, 8X... not bad for a guy that had a 10 lb weight restriction 2 weeks ago!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
