Almost at my target weight. No exercise this week I'm absolutely knackered from working 6 days .... TGI Friday
166.9 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 April 2024:
1275 kcal Fat: 71.18g | Prot: 68.62g | Carb: 87.80g.   Breakfast: Tesco Natural Yogurt, THE Paleo FOODS CO Pecan & Almond Grain Free Granola, Raspberries, Tea with Milk. Lunch: Wetherspoon Southern-Fried Chicken and Smoky Chipotle Mayo. Dinner: Tesco Roasting Parsnips, Sainsbury's Smoked Ham , Pepperoni, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Tesco Tomato Puree Double Concentrated, Cauliflower Pizza Crust. Snacks/Other: Chamomile Tea (Brewed), Coffee. more...
