Pasta yesterday!!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

OK??? I had Japanese buckwheat soba with my veggies for dinner, also a pasta, I love pasta and have included all kinds of it in my plan though mostly whole grain ones.

I blamed the pasta a week ago when I went on a weight gain spurt. After that, in my mind, I'm still blaming the pasta when I gain weight.....
