Hey what can I say I know what my down fall is late night eating pre-dinner about 8p then I'm hungry again about midnight guess that explain why I'm not really hungry in the morning O'well I love foood LOL I think we all do I'll get it right one day better soon than later when I'm fat & dead LMAO
190.0 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
