So, I finished Day 1 of the military diet and followed it relatively okay. I forgot to eat half a banana at dinner though.
I'm not a fan of bananas and saw that I can substitute applesauce for the calorie amount that I would have missed. I ate dinner earlier than I usually do (before 7) so I felt a little hungry the later i stayed up. I was strongly debating quitting the diet but managed to go to bed before I did anything to negate what I did for the day.

Today, I am off to a good start. I ate breakfast before I left the house and prepared my lunch so that its easy to grab at lunch while at work.

I'm a little disappointed that there is no change in the scale but that could be for various reasons (time of day, number of hours fasted, etc.)

Hopefully I'll see something new tomorrow.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
