Food wasn't completely horrible yesterday. I hope to get a Walk Away The Pounds workout in today. I want to do the 2 mile one. I did have fun with my son yesterday. We played at the playground and had a sprint across and back a soccer field. we also climbed the rock wall. My shoulders and arms are sore just from chasing and climbing on the awesome playground.. kinda sad that im that out of shape, but I had fun, even with all the jiggling. LOL!
