Think I should just reset my goal weight to 133 since that's where my body has settled in now that I've stopped tracking intake
132.9 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

You look great! Not everyone can ski. I’ve never skiied. And I definitely could go vegan, but no way could I do it *yet*! Unpopular opinion—why you go vegan, doesn’t matter, if the habit sticks mechanically. If the only reason you do it is because your best friend is vegan, and not for health or animals, but stick with it too, good job anyway, in my opinion. Doing it for health or animals, is admired, and doing it for other reasons, such as to be like your (vegan) friend, is frowned upon, but either way takes self-control. You are doing well!!!

Thanks, Laine. Ski season is winding down here, but that just means hiking season is beginning. I'm thinking I may have to allow for some dairy and eggs when traveling or visiting people, but I'm strictly vegan at home and will try to be as much as possible outside the house
