fat 40.2%, fasting 16:8, last meal 7:30pm, next day first meal 11:30am. first meal is apple, peanut butter and 2 capsules krill oil. sometimes I also take nuts because I am finishing what I have in my work drawer.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
