Up a bit but official weight at the doctor matched my weight on my home scale.Also lab report was great. Total cholesterol was 169 and glucose was steady at 100.Glucose could better. Blood pressure was 130/80.Good starting point for a new season and a new month.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
