off day from work! i weigh in morning so depending on how late i work and eat it reflects on the scale. so it goes up a pound, down a pound but over time ive noticed it will go down an extra pound when i actually lose it. so im pretty happy with how slowly and steadily my weight is getting lower. the calorie diet is working for me so far. im spending the day with mom at rehab and taking some things to eat but i cant take a substantial meal. im hoping it will work itself out
166.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
