Not sure where the heck this pound and a half came from. I worked in the yard for 4 hours, ate healthy, had limited cocktails and drank tons of water. I'm going to try and add flaxseed meal to my diet and see how that works.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
