slow and steady, but with the deficit nearly every day, I would think weight would be falling off! But it's a step in the right direction!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight loss is extremely erratic. If you stay in a caloric deficit, it'll hold almost steady for a while, with a sudden drop. Crazy and infuriating. Stick with it. Don't worry about daily, or even weekly, fluctuations. Focus on solid drops over time..

Thank you! It is frustrating but it's a step in the right direction! I just keep moving forward and hopefully I will see the drop I want, but if not as long as I keep seeing a steady loss.
