Poor preparation on my part.. I did NOT eat on plan. had things like Smart Balance and ranch dressing. only had one serving of veg.. TOO many breads and cheese throughout the day yesterday.. Today, I have some cooking to do to prep for this week. Gotta get my 100 ounces of H20 in.. and flush out all of this salt /water retention. I feel bogged down so much this morning and honestly, it really pisses me off at myself. I have fruits and veg to eat in my fridge but i didn't eat them.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
