Well, I'm back....and 10 pounds heavier!! It's hard to believe how EASY and FAST it is to put on 10 pounds but it takes FOREVER to get it off!! Here I go again!!

144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 14.4 lb. Diet followed N/A.

gaining 0.6 lb a week

i hear ya...weight seems to creep up and then WHAMMO! there it is! oh well, at least you are back, and heck, if you did it before, you can do it again!
