I accidentally discovered this community searching for a weight training program to complement my weight loss program ,which is called The Hallelujah Diet.This is a pleasant surprise!I have been considering keeping a journal to document my weight loss,but I never got around to starting one.Now an online journal is not what I had in mind.But the more I think about it,I find that the idea of sharing my better than hoped for results with others might provide a spark that could inspire fellow dieters.
My weight loss journey began in March of this year.I weighed 217 lbs and I just felt sluggish and out of energy.I started experiencing pain in my left arm which I thought was a warning sign for a heart attack, or possibly stroke.I was able to rule out those fears and on April 10,I saw a Vitamix presentation on one of the shopping channels and paid a hefty price for it with the idea of making a lifestyle change.When it arrived,I asked my computer whether anyone had lost weight using the Vitamix.I sifted through the answers an one of them said that the Hallelujah Diet used the Vitamix in their program.I began the diet on April 23rd,the day before Easter, and here I am 39 lbs lighter on August 13th.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
