not a huge loss but this week has been so crazy we were not able to make it to the gym at all.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop👏🏽👏🏽, they say 1lb of fat is 3,500 calories, so well done.

I appreciate all of your support! I'm eating around 1000-1200 calories a day, going to the gym at least 3 days a week and then jiu-jitsu class 3 times a week. I'm disappointed that I am dropping so slow, but my condition and the medication I'm on for it jacks up metabolism.
