the diet started on Oct 19, 2009, Monday
everyday calorie intake 1000 to reach goal of 2 lb lost per week.
May 17th,2010. it is exactly 7 months to reach 100lb, goal weight.
Hopefully It would be a dream come true, and never would have to worryabout weight loss again!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
