Today's weigh in...
4.0lb loss in seven days.
Felt like a fairly good week along the way, had some minor setbacks, but was hoping to gain a stronger drive.
Not sure if I trust the scale completely, so I'm using the higher weight for the weigh in.

227.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Carla! Do you post pictures of your meals? Love to see some Italian food!! About forty years ago I had some sandwiches at a train station there... We kept seeing vendor carts at every station we stopped... Finally I made the fastest run to get some for my buddy and I before the train took off again... To this day I tell everyone that those were the BEST bread & deli meats I ever had!! 🤳 🖼️...🚂🚆🍞🥪😋

Thanks Dianna ... I'm not sure if it's real or a scale glitch... So I'm holding off on celebrating until after the next weigh in to be sure... Just seem like a lot for just one week, given that I wasn't All that active... Stuck close to my points even though a lotta stress, so that's an accomplishment worth a hoot I guess! ⚖️📉🤔..😬🎉👍
