Turns out I really need to consider keeping homemade taco seasoning in house more often. I had 4 mini tacos yesterday, whole grain, tons of veg, but that taco seasoning killed the whole day for me.. so im hoping tomorrow's weigh in will be much better.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
