Feeling great. Blood sugar was 94 this morning. First time it’s been below 100 in a few years after fasting. This diet is working. I take supplements and a drink of tsp apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, and raw honey in hot mug of water every night.
This is in addition to what I’m eating everyday. I’ll list the supplements if anyone is interested.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im curious, what are you taking? Im trying to get my BS down too. Yesterday I had a fasting 119 and thats the best Ive had in a long time.

Gynema Sylvestre, biotin, chromium, manganese, licorice root, cinnamon, and juniper berries. I also make a tea type thing every night. Mug of hot water, tsp cinnamon, tsp ginger, squirt of lemon juice, tsp natural apple cider vinegar, and tsp raw honey.
