frustrated doesn't begin to explain it... I work out 2 hours a day, I am actually in the best shape of my life, I'm wearing smaller sizes, and (most) days I am actually very happy with my progress.... that's until I step on the scale or take these stupid measurements.
I started lifting weights last year so I stopped stepping on the scale but stupid me decided to see where I'm at....
chest 40 --> upper belly 34.5---> lower belly 40--> hips 42.---> thigh 23.5--> calf 13 --> arm 11.5-->
ugh...

178.0 lb
Lost so far: 13.4 lb.
Still to go: 28.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

I struggle with the scale numbers as well. I'm trying to unlearn my childhood training that the scale measures worth and health.
The work you are doing is improving your daily joy and comfort. That is what truly matters.
Saying that doesn't mean it's easy. I still cross my fingers every time I weigh in, but truly try not to let the digits deter me.
