finally a small loss... but a big milestone. at one point i was 261.2.... this means I've lost 20 lbs.

The funny thing is my fat loss is still going great, people are constantly telling me how much thinner I look, not to mention I've lost two belt loops, and cant keep my pants up. and the Scale Hasn't moved for 2 weeks! Its from Muscle gain! The weight lifting (3 on one off) from the Labrada program has made a huge difference in my physique. From reading the forums, its very common in this program to notice a stall in weight loss, but notice fat loss around week four due to muscle gain. Starting week five.

I feel great, I can run again without pain, although I'm limiting myself to one running HIIT a week. The rest is elliptical, rower, bike etc... I think the heavy calf Raises in the weight lifting program have really helped my old ankle injuries and strengthened my Achilles tendon, although i'm sure weighing less is giving them less stress.

241.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
