So trying to stay away from the soda... it's a struggle. But the scale is heading in the wrong direction, I have no choice. I hate how they make me feel overall.
I got my vegetables chopped up last night so I have some healthy crunch alternatives over the chips. This morning I'm having my favorite Atkins breakfast of eggs with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and bacon. I forgot how good it is:) I'm not going back on Atkins, I like my Spec K shakes for breakfast on my early shift.
still need to walk today, but then I need to wash clothes, which involves the stairs quite a bit! I still could use a better pair of shoes yet anyway.
