Current Weight:(19 Apr 14) 189.2 lb
Goal Weight:140.0 lb
following: Calorie Counting!
performance: losing 1.6 lb a week

Starting over with my highest weight ever and the most depressed ever.
I am working hard on my eating. I was not eating actual food, I was eating junk food all day, everyday. It's been a hard year and I used food for comfort. Now I'm paying for it!! I want new genes LOL I want the skinny genes (YES GENES) Good Luck to everyone on this site in your adventure to get healthy. :) I'm an expert at losing weight, but also an expert at gaining it back. I need to stick to eating healthy for life to maintain instead of working my ass off to lose for many months only to give up and eat like a cow. The weight comes back faster than it leaves.

Does anyone's allowed calories seem off?
You can change it. I can't remember how because the site has changed since I changed mine. But yeah, mine was way too high too.

HELP!
Is what you have written down exactly what you ate? I can see you are eating very little but what you are eating is high calorie. You'd be surprised how much you can eat if you eat lower calorie food. You seem to be eating fast food alot. I have lost and gained so many times. It's fast to gain and slow to lose. When I cook at home I lose. Try eating baked meats, fresh veggies and fruits, no processed foods such as Ramen, that's so bad for you. I do great at losing but then fall off the wagon. I need to realize it's a life long change to keep the weight off. But I hate cooking lol. Good Luck to you.

Butt Booster???
lol I have the same problem. Turn back time til I was 18 might help. I use youtube for exercise videos. Most say squats are the best for the bottom. Sorry to say I haven't done any.

How did you calculate your goal?
I set my goal according to how I want to look. Kind of simple, but I think it is all in how you like yourself.

i see 20s 30s and 50s, what about 40s?
I am 48. At 41 I lost 30 lbs in 3 months. This time around, at 48, it's taken me 8 1/2 months to lose 45. That's a huge difference and I didn't expect it at all. I thought it would come off like it did just 7 yrs ago. But in the long run I think it's better this way. The longer it takes, the more I get used to it. If I do bad a day or two I get right back to it. Where before I went off of it and stayed off of it. Gaining it all back as fast as I lost it was SUPER depressing.
