Frustrating month for me weight wise. I do great with my plan for a few days and then a couple of days, not so much. So I'm up and down, all over the place on the scales. Water weight after a day of some carbs is unreal. So my weigh in is more of an average.

For the month of April, overall I have lost 6 inches. Yay!! So, even though the scales show wacky numbers, I am still losing something!

193.0 lb Lost so far: 117.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think inches are more important than numbers anyway. Good job

I agree - inches matter more than the number on the scale - after all we want to be smaller. Clothes are my guide.

Thanks nicholaix and HCB!! I feel good about those numbers, not the scale numbers.

You're doing great gal, & you're so amazing & inspirational! With me it's the reverse, I can lose lbs easily, but the inches are much harder. I agree, inches DO matter more than the scale, which can be just plain crazy, & so unpredictable. Just try to focus each day, each meal, even each bite, on choosing to eat healthy vs. unhealthy. That seems so simplistic but it really is the key, since when we're eating healthy our excess weight WILL come off. You're spitting distance from the Big Finish Line ~ & you KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS! Go Get 'Em! ;)

1 lb is still 1 lb :) that's one less pound of butter you're lugging around and look how great you've been doing :) so don't stress about that You're sooo close to your goal weight and have come sooo far, crazy how similar our journeys have been looking at your weight loss :) good for you! Sure feels amazing doesn't it? Are you working out? I would try not to stress about that scale (easier said then done for some) but honestly it's not a big deal base things on how your clothes fit, what you can do now that you couldn't do before and how you're FEELING :) Take it easy on yourself you inspire so many of us <3
