My goal for the New Year is to get fit. Hopefully by the next year after that I can work on bodybuilding.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1492 kcal Fat: 67.25g | Prot: 29.15g | Carb: 178.03g.   Breakfast: General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios with Skim Milk. Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fried Tofu, Meatless Egg Roll. Dinner: Cornbread (Home Recipe), Cooked Collards, Arby's Potato Cakes - 4 Pieces. Snacks/Other: Great Value Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, Sweetpotato Pie. more...

Go for it !! It is definitely achievable. I started at 300 lbs, and have been around 200 lbs for a few years. My eating habits changed dramatically on 11/5/18. I also started exercising again, and increased the cardio intensity & time over several months, and have maintained that it since I began. I got to 171, but my wife said I was TOO skinny, so I gaint the weight back up to about 200. Ideally, I would like to be at about 190. As I said, Go For It. You can do it.

Morgan you have done a great job this past year making improvements to your health. Fifty lbs at a slow and steady rate shows your dedication and drive. We all know you can meet your goals !!
