Been too stressed lately to bother with working out every day and sticking to the diet. Work piling up, this ungodly heatwave, a heated break-up after 8 years together.

I'll probably start over with phase 1 here in a bit but for now I've got other things to deal with.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Don't sweat it. Sometimes when everything else seems out of control, it helps to take control of your eating habits and exercise definitely relieves stress. Just a thought. Good luck and things will look up soon, I'm sure...
