I decreased caffeine and lost about two or three pounds. I had a small bowl of black bean soup for lunch and a bean burrito for dinner. At least I actually made a dent it it.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week
