226.2 227.8 Yesterday's weigh in... 1.6lb gain in seven days. Felt a little like a bad week along the way, had some minor setbacks, but was hoping to stay even. Chili, cornbread and homemade peach pie didn't help any. Hopefully a scale issue as noted last week... We'll see again next week? ⚖️📈 🤔👎
