Oooo in one day of green shake and veg only, a wonderful result!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

That's great, kim. I still think we can exercise all day long with little change, but if we eat well, the weight comes off, and both together makes it faster. Glen, you really should go green. As one timid eater, I'll add, the berries overpower the greens in flavor, just make sure the kale or spinach is very fresh. If it stinks, toss it. Yuck.

Okay, today's shake was: apple, kale, 1/2 banana, 2 c. water, I scoop protein powder, cinnamon, 2 T. flax seed powder and ice. And I liked it. And Glen, if your making smoothies already just start by adding a handful of baby spinach, you wont even taste it.
