I am just guessing at my weight ... I know I've lost a little but I haven't been to the gym where my scale is to weigh myself for almost three weeks now ... I've been getting lots of exercise other ways though
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
