So, I went up to about 150lb at my doctor appointment in February. At the start of March I got a fitbit flex and have been using it with some success. I have been doing my usual, if I'm exercising then I'm not eating well, if I'm eating well then I"m not exercising like I should.
As always, still trying to blend the two.
