Well this is no surprise !
130.6 lb Lost so far: 60.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.6 lb a week

Leah Happy Thanksgiving to you ! I agree this is a blip due to pre Thanksgiving festivities. I can feel the inflammation and swelling in my joints. Lol

Honeebuns, it's interesting how you can feel your dietary indiscretions. I noticed that after my steak dinner, the excess sodium in the foods caused noticeable swelling and some stiffness and pain.

Debra I am up 2.6 lbs in 5 days and it’s all because of sodium, refined carbohydrates, refined sugars and alcohol. Now that the extended birthday celebration is over I am back on track today. I did avoid and passed on making a cake ! I am not crazy about traditional Thanksgiving foods so hope to see this back down fairly quickly. My legs are so achey it was a good reminder that what I eat does matter.
