these little drops r happening a lot faster than I expected.. of course, I have been putting in a little (very little) workout most mornings of the week, which isn't something I was doing previously. I wonder how long this trend will last.. not that I'm complaining.

Thanks 😊 I've been feeling off lately, achy in places that I haven't been before.. 🤔 n I'm trying to decide if it's the workouts or just my age starting to show, lol 😅😬
