been having pains in my right kidney area the past few days. taking it easy today and just laying around with my heating pad and water bottle while I doze in n out n kinda half pay attention to reruns of home improvement shows playing real low on the tv. I had plans and invitations to go out n socialize but I'm skipping the outings today. lots of naps planned today instead. say a prayer for me y'all.. I'm hoping to avoid a trip to the hospital. so far the heat seems to be helping
