I'm actually having fun this time with my diet. I switched it up a little. I'm not JUST doing WW Points. I'm watching my calories too which is really easy. It seems like I can eat a lot more with it. And the points are never over 20 a day.
I also did the Jillian Michaels video on On Demand last night. I really really liked it! I'm so used to running on the treadmill every night and then working out after. This did both at the same time. Cardio and weights...who knew?
127.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Jillian rocks!! She kicks a$$ and So far I havent thrown a shoe or a rock at the tv. I was grunting alot though!:)
