Very scary day for me. I have decided to go off Atkins and commit to counting calories and exercising more regularly. Having an ED for so many years has screwed up my metabolism and I know I will see gains before I start to lose but I have to start somewhere. I am sticking as close to 1200 calories a day as a I can so eventually it should come off with exercise and healthy food choices. I got down to 104 pounds by eating only whole foods last year so I know it can be done!
