STILL FIGHTING THE FIGHT!!! Maintenance is a LOT harder than I expected it to be... I will NOT, and have NOT given up though! I am within striking distance to my goal weight, but can't seem to get back there... That said, I still feel good, and am told I still look good... so, life IS still good.

Have a GREAT rest of you week to ALL my new and old FS Buddies!!!

190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey put that pic back up where you transformed... and take a good look at it buddy... you should be very proud. I was very impressed by it... so putthat picture up again... and let others who haven't seen it, view it and the great transformation you have gone through. Keep up the fight! Just focus on all the good habits you created while losing the weight. Keep running with them and logging all food and getting support when needed. You are not in this alone.

Okay Mike I think I know what may have the scale back up today, it just a guess... but I also like the cocktail peanuts and notice you had some for a snack yesterday...well, there it is.. when ever I eat something salty Im sure that the sodium will take me up on the scale.. I drink my water and Im back down or have even lost before I know it. Are the peanuts you ate salted? if so there you go Mike.. just wait until tomorrow you will be down again. Btw.. your puppy picture was so dag on cute... but now everyone can see including yourself... where your journey began and where you are at.. and that pic is definitely an inspiration and motivator for anyone here on a journey of their own:)

Thanks Cindy... I suppose you are on to something, but... the struggle might be MORE associated with the confetti cookies I had!!! D'OH!!!! My sweet tooth is COMPLETELY out of control lately!!! I'll get there though... thanks for your continued support and kind words!

Well if you cant eat some dag on cookies in life...lol I know you are aware of this, as myself.. just always eat those special foods in moderation... and stay off the scale the next day;)

You've done great, your after pic is fantastic. I'm not there yet but have been thinking about how to approach maintenance...I think I'll need to get at least 5 lbs under my goal weight so there's some wiggle room. In some ways maybe getting to goal is easier than staying there? Anyway you know what got you to goal in the first place, you can get back there. You're very close and some variations are to be expected. Less carbs, more water always seems to a big part of the solution for me...keep up the good work!

Hang in there Millerm. Dig your heels in & be tenacious. You're looking good & about to hit that goal. Keep on hammering away until your barrier breaks. You will reach the peak. Stay strong & focused my friend. You got this.
