Not an official, but isn't it frustrating how the body just has a roller coaster on numbers. Reasons why I don't always just use the scale, that dirty old hag.
293.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
