I really don't understand what happened. I followed my diet as usual. Unfortunately, I hadn't lost any weight at all so I'm hoping for a bigger number next week
215.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hang in there Sunshine! In my case, I HONESTLY write everything that goes in my mouth and this keeps me in line. My exercise is also recorded and keeping track of all on this site is sooooo helpful. Don't give up -- my goal was to lose 30 pounds and I've surpassed that by 15 and have maintained now for a couple of years. It's not easy as you are in control and many "outside sources" try to lead you astray! You can do it, just don't expect so much so soon. It took time to put the weight on and that was the easy part!! One day at a time Sunshine_6972, and keep your head up! Good Luck

It happens. It could be something as simple as too much sodium yesterday causing you to retain water masking your loss this week. Just stay on plan and keep going. The scale will catch up. You can also lose fat and stay the same weight. I know someone who went down 4 sizes but stayed the same weight for months.
