Despite not eating too well (late night snacking), I did some "movement" yesterday - helped a buddy move, some of the stuff was pretty heavy, up and down stairs.
182.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
