Gained weight. Kept trying to get back to my routine in February after I went through some difficult times. Still going through them, but trying to get back to my exercise routine and eating healthy. Doing a master cleanse, but still eating a few foods since I cannot totally deprive myself from food. Focusing on the cleansing aspect of it rather than the losing weight part.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 April 2015:

Eating healthy and working out will get you though those tough times. Working out is great for managing stress. Keep it up! YOu will get on track and start to see good changes ;)

Your doing great! But just a small tip, to help you loose weight i suggest having a healthy snack between 3-4pm to help boost metabolism, and stop you eating lots at dinner :) it honestly works for me Good luck!
