not registering a loss this week. TOMS hit Saturday and I had a few indiscretions yesterday which i feel totally gross about but not going to cry over spilt milk.I did it to myself. Im back on the wagon and gonna hit it hard this week and do 2-3 days of hard core induction to get back on track. Im one lbs from 30 lost and 20 away from my goal of 50 lbs before my sons graduation. I just need to refocus for a bit and dont lose sight of the prize. As prepared as I was I couldnt resist a few bites of this and that here and there. On another note, the mashed potatoes I ate were sooo good ..Go me! bahahahahahhahahahaha !!! Happy Monday to everyone.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keeping your eye on the prize is a great motivation. 30 pounds is nothing to sneeze about....you are doing fabulous and I can see the other 20 pounds gone by son's graduation. By the way, they tell me nothing tastes as good a "thin.".....

Gwen, i love that saying " Nothing taste as good as thin" imma use that ! and its great way to look at it when your being tempted.. THANKS HCB. I may not have registered a loss but my pants I just bought in November are rolling off my butt. LOL.. its almost time to some new stuff.

Right Buffy?? Que sera sera LOL. Making my grocery list now and me and my son are going to make our menu for the week with my Mr and decides who cooks what and when.. Im hoping for a 1lbs lost this week...

30 lbs is awesome :) It's hard to resist some days...but your clothes fitting better is an awesome sign that your still going in the right direction!
