I ruptured a disk in my back again. I won't be able to work out for at least another week. I'm going to try and cut all the non-healthy foods out of my diet to make up for it.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
